Cast rollers for sliding gates

Cast iron door rollers offer a simple, safe and economical solution for moving suspended doors.

They impress with their high load-bearing capacity and allow gates weighing up to 350 kg to be guided effortlessly. Thanks to the robust cast iron material, they are particularly resistant and designed for a long service life.

They are frequently used on barn doors and outbuildings, especially in agriculture. There, they ensure reliable protection and long-term trouble-free operation, even under heavy loads from modern and heavy agricultural machinery.

Installation is simple and practical: once the appropriate track has been selected and the running track has been attached, the door leaves are hooked in and guided securely with two cast rollers per leaf.

The castors are made of high-quality grey cast iron and are optionally available with a galvanized bracket, making them a durable and robust solution for everyday use.
