In combination with different material thicknesses, an optimally adapted solution can be realized for different operating conditions. Numerous years of practical experience in full harvesting operations confirm the resilience and reliability of the posts.
The core is formed by a series of eight or ten (special form) firmly welded round bars, which give the pile exceptional stability and torsional rigidity. A particular advantage: in the EP2 version, the round bars do not protrude beyond the width of the metal profile.
The round rods also serve as an easy-to-use and stable wire suspension system. In combination with staple chains, this makes it possible to create optimum wire stations. In the lower area, additional welded-in cross bars reinforce the post and ensure secure stability in the ground. They also make it easy to attach the lowering plate so that no additional accessories are required for wire installation.
