MEISER sliding system

The MEISER sliding system enables screw-free, guided installation of PV modules in ground-mounted systems by simply placing and sliding them into position.

The MEISER sliding system is designed for ground-mounted photovoltaic systems and is based on the principle of placing and sliding in the modules. Installation is carried out ergonomically at a comfortable working height and enables quick assembly with up to 80 % time savings during module installation.

The module is fixed without screws using clamps, which also ensure earthing between the module and the substructure. The terminal geometry also helps to prevent theft. Integrated cable routing enables safe and structured installation of the electrical components. Connection points for external lightning protection in accordance with DIN EN 62305 are provided.

The system is designed for mounting in portrait format and optimized for three modules arranged one above the other. It is compatible with all standard free-standing modules.

The system is designed on a project-specific basis, taking site and load parameters into account. Different foundation types such as pile-driven, concrete or screw foundations enable adaptation to different ground conditions.

The system consists of posts, longitudinal beams and module support rails. The components are available in various steel grades. For corrosion protection, batch galvanizing in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461, strip galvanizing and Magnelis® coating are available. The system is designed for corrosion classes from C2 to C5.

Assembly can be carried out with just three standard tools. Project-specific engineering, structural calculations and technical support including site supervision are also offered.
