Powder coating
Powder coating offers a high-quality surface finish with long-lasting protection and an attractive appearance. It is suitable for steel and metal components where the focus is on corrosion protection, resistance and color quality.
Ihre AnsprechpartnerPowder coating is carried out in accordance with DIN 55633, pre-treatment is carried out by sweeping or blasting. In addition, wet coating can be carried out externally in accordance with DIN 12944.
Various RAL colors and DB 703 are available as standard, other colors are usually available at short notice. A 24-hour process is not provided, individual appointments are made by arrangement. The pick-up and delivery service can also be used for powder-coated components. Prices are available on request from the field service.
Components up to 6.00 m long, 2.40 m wide and 2.80 m high with a maximum weight of 1 ton can be powder-coated; external coatings up to 9.20 × 2.70 × 2.70 m are also possible up to 1 ton.
