The VOLTWING SOLID-5 is a PV carport system with a cantilevered construction based on a precast concrete element. It is suitable for roofing individual rows of parking spaces and enables simple integration into existing parking areas thanks to the reduced ground intervention.
Ihre AnsprechpartnerThe VOLTWING SOLID-5 is part of the VOLTWING SOLID-LINE and combines a precast concrete element with the VOLTRAIL roof covering to create a cantilevered carport solution. The construction is designed so that it can be erected without extensive intervention in the ground and can be integrated into the modular system.
With a roofing depth of around 5.4 m and a clearance height of around 2.5 m, the system is designed for roofing individual rows of parking spaces. The variable roof length in almost 1-meter increments enables adaptation to different parking space geometries and supports flexible planning.
A central element is the precast concrete element used, which simplifies the foundation and reduces the ground intervention. This makes the system particularly suitable for applications where existing surfaces are to be affected as little as possible. At the same time, the typical cantilevered design is retained, with the columns positioned outside the driveways.
The design is suitable for use with different photovoltaic modules and uses a bifacial solar roof that is integrated into the system structure. The variable system width of up to around 7.5 m also enables flexible adaptation to different parking space requirements.
