MEISER module
Strong. Light. Reliable. With commercially available gratings, the bearing bars are usually of the same height. In shelving applications, however, load carriers are often used that are not moved around much in the shelving and therefore never load some of the bearing bars.
Ihre AnsprechpartnerFixed dimensions and the arrangement of higher and therefore more resilient bars in the positions that are expected to be subjected to more load, as well as lower bars in less stressed regions, make it possible to create a very lightweight shelving system.
Clearly defined load cases and permissible loads are already known. The modules are ideally adjusted for the use of Euro pallets or Euro half pallets, lengthwise or crosswise, as well as for different, evenly distributed loads.
MEISER produces two different types of grating in different load categories. In the table you will find the different types, sorted in descending order of maximum load. The horizontal leg of the Z-profile is 40 mm for both types of grating.

Advantages of the MEISER module
– Z-profile inserted to countersink the shelves in the compartment (installation height max. 2 mm)
