MEISER developed the Ultrarost many years ago to offer cutting companies an alternative to the classic SP mat in a press-locked grating design.
Ihre AnsprechpartnerA specially developed joining technique guarantees a firm connection between the bearing and filler bars. This can even be supplemented with spot welding on request.
The Ultra mat is therefore ideal for further processing, as loosening of the filler bars during installation is virtually impossible. The Ultra mat is also available in filler rod lengths of up to 1,500 mm, which means that there is significantly less waste compared to SP mats. The Ultra mesh is always trimmed and is available in our stock range in various mesh pitches and sizes. The filler rod side can also be edged on request.
