Heavy duty gratings

The name alone reveals the intended use of MEISER heavy-duty gratings. These gratings are pressed gratings with particularly high and/or wide bearing bars. The dimensions of the filler bars are also adapted accordingly.

A counter-toothing during the pressing process gives MEISER heavy-duty gratings additional stability, so that surface loads of over 50 tons and wheel pressures of 10 tons can be easily achieved.

We adapt the exact design to the spans and the intended use on a case-by-case basis. Production in stainless steel is also possible. Depending on requirements, different mesh spacings, edgings and surfaces are available. On request, we can take into account anti-slip specifications and special installation conditions. The result is a heavy-duty solution that fits the design and supports safe operation in the long term.
