Press-welded gratings with sheet metal strips
This grating is used if press-welded gratings are required and parts of a certain size are to be prevented from falling through at the same time.
Ihre AnsprechpartnerFor technical reasons, very small mesh widths cannot be achieved with press-welded gratings. By welding perforated metal strips with a maximum opening of 8 mm between the bearing bars, a very “narrow-meshed” grating can be achieved with reasonable effort.
The solution combines the high stability of the press-welded grating with additional fall-through protection. Depending on requirements, the hole pattern and strip arrangement can be designed in such a way that function and cleanability remain in balance. Dimensions, edgings and supports can also be adapted to the installation situation. We will be happy to assist you with the selection – to suit the load, area of application and the parts to be secured. This grating can only be produced with a mesh spacing of 34.3 x 38.1 mm and complies with Spanish standard no. 486/1997 (BO April 23, 1997, no. 97/1997).
