MEISER supplied sheet metal profiles for walkways within production for Audi in Ingolstadt.
Drainstep RH 3 in 80 x 2.5 mm and Steplarm G in 83 x 3.0 mm, both in strip galvanized design, were used. The result is resilient and functionally integrated walkway surfaces that fit precisely into the production environment.
Walkways were required within the production area to provide safe access to individual areas and allow access along the plant structure. At the same time, the design had to be adapted to long-term use in an industrial environment and fit in functionally with the existing surroundings.
MEISER sheet metal profiles of the Drainstep RH 3, 80 x 2.5 mm, and Steplarm G, 83 x 3.0 mm, types were installed as walkway surfaces. With the combination of both profiles, the walkways could be designed to be technically suitable for each area and integrated into the production structure. The profile geometry creates a permanently resilient solution for safe paths within production.
