The access zone is designed as a circumferential arcade in front of the window and door areas and remains clearly legible in the façade view. Along the balcony line, vertically structured, open metal surfaces are integrated as parapet and fall protection and structure the building envelope over its entire length.
Gratings were installed in the solid grating version, used as façade cladding for wall cladding and façade construction. The result is a consistent solution that functionally combines accessibility and safety on the façade.
