For the new construction of a production hall, MEISER supplied the solution for walkways and platforms within the new plant structure.
Welded pressure-locked gratings with a mesh size of 34 x 38 mm and 40 x 2 mm bearing bars were used. This creates resilient, open access areas that safely integrate maintenance and access areas into the hall structure.
As part of the new building, accessible levels had to be created to safely connect different areas of production and provide access to elevated parts of the plant. A solution was therefore required for walkways and platforms that was stable, functional and suitable for long-term use in an industrial environment.
MEISER 34 x 38 mm welded pressure-locked gratings and 40 x 2 mm bearing bars were installed. The gratings take on the function of load-bearing and accessible levels within the production hall and fit precisely into the steel substructure thanks to their open design. The result is a robust solution for safe access and clearly structured work areas within the new production environment.
